Panel Sizes Matching Form Sheet

Using typical forming sheet size of 2.44×1.22m, the SPF 50 frames are designed to create a balance of weight per sqm and less wastage of forming sheets.

For larger panel formation, the panels are connected with the panel connectors and stiffened with steel walers, allowing them to be repositioned by crane

The SPF 50 frames are made from 5mm steel angle profile, welded with our state of the art robotic welders. The system can be provided with 4 mm steel sheet that lasts forever.

Overcoming Dimension Limitations

The Steel Jackey is used to complete up to 25cm the shutter when there is limited dimension of the inner core structure. It also acts a the key for dismantling after concrete pouring. The Steel Jackey can be fitted with any forming sheet.

Slim System in Confined Structure

The SPF 50 frames are slim allowing for more working space when fixing the inner shuttering of closed concrete structure

Foundation Anchoring

Without the use of tie rods through the concrete and supporting timbers, the foundation clamp hold the panels from the top.
