Muay Thai and Kickboxing Arena
Description : In Abu Dhabi, the organization and hosting of Muay Thai events involve multiple entities and venues, rather than a single arena owner. The UAE Muay Thai and Kickboxing Federation acts as the primary governing body, responsible for promoting the sport and organizing major championships. This collaborative structure, involving the federation, government support, event management companies, and local gyms, aims to develop national talent and position the UAE as a leading global hub for combat sports.
Scope : Our scope of work included the design, supply, supervision, erection, and dismantling of access scaffolding for the external façade, as well as hanging access platforms. Internally, ladder beams were employed to create large open spaces, facilitating efficient material movement and ensuring safe, unobstructed access and egress for the working teams. In total, over 4,000m² of hanging scaffolding and 3,000m³ of Cuplok scaffolding were supplied for the project.
