The SCAFFSHORE system permits the creatively easy, fast, flexible and safe assembly of shoring towers. No pipes and fittings required, stability of the system is achieved by the diagonal ledger bracing.

Multiple propping head makes it possible to use steel, aluminum or timber decking
Screw-jack head and base-jack allows for 80cm extension range for height adjustment

Skewed Grids

The SCAFFSHORE ring accurately aligns 45° to 90° connection between shoring standards. Up to 8 connections can be made all around the ring for enhance capacity of shoring, diagonal bracing or even cross bracing.

High Load Capacity

For heavy load-bearing solution, the SCAFFSHORE 60 handles 75KN fresh concrete load using only 2 ledger level support. The capacity increases with the addition of more ledger supports

For typical load-bearing solution, the SCAFFSHORE 48 handles 40KN fresh concrete load using only 2 ledger level support. The capacity increases with the addition of more ledger supports.

Snap on Braces

With a simple hammer strike on the captive wedge of the drop forged ledger end, the ledgers and diagonal braces safely latches on the standard ring.

Integrating Load-Bearing Solution

Thanks to Radial Ledgers, load-bearing are made possible for any slab thickness at any height. With the Radial Ledgers, more strength is added to the standards and the loads are transferred safely.

SCAFFSHORE Diagonal Bracing

The diagonal bracing in SCAFFSHORE are 48’’ in diameter and are fitted with swivel ledger ends that allows for safe longitudinal bracing to the structure.

Down Stand Support at any Height

Support the internal concrete down-stand beam with the SCAFFSHORE Beam Bracket and maintain continuous connection of the system. The beam bracket can sustain a load of 10KN.

Safe Continuous Access at Any Height

In both SCAFFSHORE 60 & 48, using Spigot Connector, the standards are stacked on top of each other to reach any desired height. The structure shape is not any issue thanks to the skewed grids allowed by the SCAFFSHORE standard ring.
